The documents discuss a parasitological congress to be held in Budapest, organised by the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, which a British veterinarian has been invited to; and the view of the Foreign Office that whilst the British veterinarian should attend the congress, it would be preferable if the Hungarian government's offer to pay his expenses during the visit were declined.
