The file contains a decree setting out duties on goods brought into Hungary by travellers; and a note from the British legation stating that Hungarian customs officers rarely troubled British travellers, and that the new decree was aimed mainly at Hungarians returning from abroad. The file also contains the translation of a Hungarian-Soviet agreement on customs cooperation.
