Northern (N): Bulgaria (NG). Political Relations between Bulgaria and Roumania

A file announcing the results of a session of the Joint Romanian-Bulgarian Commission for Technical and Scientific Collaboration, by which Romania was to provide information and training in the oil, chemical, and non-ferrous metals industries, while Bulgaria would provide information and training in geology, construction, and communications. The file notes that, except for the Romanian oil industry, neither country was noticeably more advanced than the other in any of these fields, lending the agreement an "air of artificiality.
