A file containing a report from the British legation in Bucharest on the visit of the North Vietnamese leader, Ho Chi Minh. The file discusses the street decorations and workers brought in to celebrate the state visit; the total indifference of the Romanian public; and the attendance of a junior member of the British legation staff at an opera performance given in Ho Chi Minh's honour. The file also contains a copy of the communiqué released at the end of the visit.
