The correspondence discusses a recent Borba report announcing the establishment of diplomatic relations between Yugoslavia and Mongolia and the planned exchange of representatives. Further commentary claims that the Yugoslavs had wished to accredit their ambassador in Moscow with the task, but that the Soviets had refused and they are consequently looking for a suitable official.
