Other visits noted in the file include that of some French youth leaders, who visited hospitals, trades union offices, and facilities for children; that of a Swedish journalist, who published his impressions; and that of eight observers from Pakistan studying industrial and agricultural development in various parts of the Soviet Union. The file also contains a report of a visit by Soviet railway engineers to Switzerland.
